Where do we deliver to?


We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom and European Union. We also deliver to other countries.

Can I buy on the web and collect?


No. Unfortunately, we only offer a delivery service and do not have the means to receive you at our manufacturing warehouse.

How do you deliver my order?


For deliveries within the United Kingdom you can choose at Checkout between our signed for courier service and Royal Mail 1st Class service.

We recommend our UK customers use the courier service wherever possible for security and peace of mind. We accept no responsibility for orders being lost by Royal Mail when using the standard postal service.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom are sent using the standard Airmail postal service.

Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?


If an order has already been placed and you wish to amend the delivery address, please contact our sales team as quickly as possible on 0845 468 1232 for UK customers or +44 161 442 3446 for international customers (9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday).  Order turnaround times can sometimes be very short and therefore it may not always be possible to change an address if the order has already been processed.

What are your delivery times?


This very much relates to the time of production, not necessarily the time goods are spent in transit (which is normally only 24 hours).

Orders placed for stock items before 3pm are normally despatched same day for next business day delivery (Mon-Fri).

For non-stock items or custom printing our turnaround times range from 2 to 4 days depending on the size of the order.  For very large orders turnaround times may be longer.

If an order is placed for a mixture of stock and custom manufactured items, we do not part-ship automatically. We normally wait until the custom products have been made before shipping all the items together. If you wish to have your in-stock goods shipped immediately contact the sales team who will arrange this for you.  You may be asked to pay an additional delivery charge for split deliveries.

How do you handle VAT for international deliveries?


When ordering through our website you will be charged VAT at UK rates automatically.

However, customers in non-European countries and those in the EU that provide a EU VAT number can claim back the VAT on their order.

The process to do this is as follows:

  1. Order through our website as normal and pay for the order (including VAT).
  2. Send an email to our sales team (s a l e s @ e d g e s i g n s . co . uk) quoting your ORDER NUMBER and providing your VAT NUMBER (if within the EU).
  3. We will then issue a Credit Note and revised Invoice (with no VAT) and REFUND you the amount of VAT you had already paid.
